This show was almost finished with once the original venue (The Roxy) fell through. So now that it's still here, how can you miss it?!
The Bats are the same critically-acclaimed deathrock band who opened for Rozz Williams' Daucus Karota more than a decade ago, and Sullen Serende from TX are seeped in tribal, ambient sounds w/ DCD-type influences. Beryl Beloved is Denver-based, churning out post-punk and old-school in the same tradition of Bauhaus, The Sisters, Siouxsie, the March Violets, et al. We'll have a huge amount of merch available for the night.
Hope you can make it! This is going to be an intense night of local, national, and international music, with DJ Katastrophy spinning before the bands take the stage.

UNDER STRESS: Heralded by the Dutch music press as the "best Dutch industrial album ever made", tPROE embarks on a bleak and nihilistic path. Exposing humanity for the epic fail it is, tPROE consolidates the forces unleashed on Monopoly of Violence, and adds more funk and techno to the mix. A well known dutch Hardcore producer heard on of the tracks, and thought it to be way too dark for even his taste.
MONOPOLY OF VIOLENCE: The second CD on tPROE's own label "New darkness Recordings" hit the scene hard. Songs like "Antiglobalist I", "Kraft durch krieg" and "Monopoly of violence" conquered industrial dancefloors worldwide. From London's Slimelight, to Tokyo Decadance to Los Angeles Das Bunker, everybody was stomping to the raw industrial power of tPROE. Monopoly of violence is still among the pearls of the industrial underground.
LUBRICATION: An extremely abrasive cocktail of rhythmic industrial, techno and funk, with lots of hidden pornsamples and depraved themes. Being nihilistic doesn't mean you can't have fun, and tPROE surely pokes some fun here among the sonic violence.

Dust Is Noise (Alter der Ruine) - Fractured Forms
It all started out with a few synth-lines and a few stories to tell. It wasn’t supposed to be fancy but hang somewhere on a rawer level. That was the aim of the music when DUST IS NOISE was formed by Jacob, Mike J and Mike T. Collectively the three members work as the electronic outfit ALTER DER RUINE, an act known for dirty, funky electro. In their downtime they found themselves writing melodic synthpop and while they enjoyed it they knew it couldn’t be worked into the ADR live sets without causing heads to implode. With heavy emphasis on a big beat, grooving synths and incensed vocals, DUST IS NOISE jammed along on a mission to complete a full length album."Fractured Forms" is the result.
